Charlie Health is a virtual IOP with group, individual, and family care. We support ages 8–64 with diverse, specialized programming for high-acuity needs.
Charlie Health is a leading provider of virtual intensive outpatient programming (IOP) that delivers structured, evidence-based care. This includes group therapy, individual therapy, and family programming entirely from home. We support kids, teens, and young adults, ages 8 through 64, facing behavioral health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders (ED), and substance abuse. We match patients into curated peer groups based on shared lived experiences. We offer specialized programming for neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and Spanish-speaking communities, alongside maternal and postpartum mental health, female trauma, and male trauma. Our comprehensive virtual treatment model bridges the gap between traditional weekly outpatient therapy and inpatient hospitalization. This is so we can ensure every single client receives compassionate, culturally competent, and highly personalized care from our 1200+ clinicians designed to foster long-term recovery and healing in a comfortable home environment.
