Welcome! Therapy is a safe space & can be a powerful way to reconnect with yourself Asking for help isn’t easy, & you’re already taking an important step.

specialize in supporting people who want to strengthen their relationships and manage stress more effectively. My approach focuses on increasing awareness of patterns and habits that may no longer be serving you and how to establish healthy boundaries.Through this process, you’ll gain tools that foster a greater sense of calm, confidence, and resilience. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or stressed, and simply talking things through can bring relief. You might not even be sure how you feel; you just know you need support. That’s okay. Therapy is a safe space to give voice to the thoughts crowding your mind—the ones that feel too heavy, confusing, or difficult to put into words. Choosing to put yourself first is a skill that takes practice; it takes courage to prioritize yourself. Therapy can be a powerful way to reconnect with who you are. My role is to offer a space where you feel truly comfortable, safe, and heard. Reaching out for support is one of the healthiest and most courageous steps you can take. Everyone comes to therapy with their own story, struggles and hopes. Whatever brings you here, I welcome you. Together, we can work towards a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
