It’s a big step to explore ways to support your mental health, and I am excited to talk about how I might be able to come along side you in that process.
Hi! I hope this information helps you to connect with what might fit for your current needs. After completing a bachelors in psychology at ASU, my education and training has primarily focused on concerns and experiences specific to students. Although I am able to support people experiencing a wide range of general life and mental health challenges, I have specific training in life transitions, family violence, sexual assault, trauma, grief/loss, relationship challenges, sexuality, and gender identity. My approach to therapy is to form a caring, understanding, and accepting relationship where you can share your whole self in order to begin exploring past experiences, self-perceptions, and emotions as well as identify factors preventing desired change and help you work toward your goals. I strive to approach everyone as an individual with unique identities as well as personal, family, and societal factors that influence their experiences and am committed to maintaining a multicultural perspective with each individual.
