James Mueser
(He/Him/His)
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Neurodivergent clinician offering compassionate care for anxiety, depression, ADHD/ASD, and PTSD, blending therapy, medication, and personal growth.
Hi, I’m James, a neurodivergent clinician passionate about helping people navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and PTSD. With experience as a nurse and mental health provider, I combine personal understanding with professional expertise. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT with humanistic therapy to help you tap into your strengths and make lasting changes. I also emphasize the role of exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle improvements in supporting mental health. As someone who's navigated my own mental health journey, I know how isolating it can feel to be “different.” I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to work together to reshape your thinking, improve your mood, and build resilience. My neurodiverse perspective helps me connect with those who feel misunderstood or struggle with feeling “out of place.” You deserve to feel seen and supported. Let’s take this step together toward healing and growth.
