With experience as a nurse and mental health provider, I combine personal understanding with professional expertise. My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT with humanistic therapy to help you tap into your strengths and make lasting changes. I also emphasize the role of exercise, mindfulness, and lifestyle improvements in supporting mental health. As someone who's navigated my own mental health journey, I know how isolating it can feel to be “different.” I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to work together to reshape your thinking, improve your mood, and build resilience. Reserves times throughout the week for new clients after discharge from the hospital.
