I am passionate about connecting with people and helping them live their fullest, most authentic life.

I believe that we all have an innate ability to grow, heal, and thrive in life. However, sometimes life circumstances, relationships, unhealthy patterns, and woundings make that process difficult or seemingly impossible. I focus my work with people on helping them to overcome those obstacles that initially felt insurmountable. I have 10+ years experience providing services to youth, adults and families who deal with a wide range of mental health, life, and relational difficulties. My work now focuses on working with adults and couples to move from surviving to thriving by using a combination of evidence based treatments and deep work to get to the root of difficulties. Counseling involves coming to a greater awareness of ourselves and how we get our needs met, and understanding how we have dealt with pain. From this place of self-knowledge, we can begin to face and accept the difficult things about life and ourselves, and come to our relationships in authenticity, with genuine love for ourselves and for those around us.
