Jaime Johnson

Jaime Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2015. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Masters in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling. Jaime believes in helping clients navigate a path forward, learning to live a valued life that is not ruled by anxiety, stress, grief/loss, and trauma. Prior to working for LifeStance, Jaime was a Life Path Specialist at an inpatient rehabilitation program for catastrophic injuries (TBI/SCI/Chronic Pain) in Omaha, NE. Additionally, Jaime specializes in working with athletes, students, kids (ages 6+), and young adults who suffer from performance anxiety and stress. Jaime teaches meditation and mindfulness techniques in the office setting and virtually in the client's unique environments, to drive new learning. In his spare time, Jaime enjoys watching sports, going on walks and playing outside with his family and dog. Jaime’s ‘LifeStance’ is to recognize the moments that matter, get in touch with one’s body, thoughts and emotions, and choose to live a life guided by values. He believes that stepping beyond the comfort zone is necessary to achieve growth.
