I work with adults, from a variety of backgrounds, who want to reduce anxiety, depression, and trauma responses by gaining skills to process overwhelming emotions too unsafe to process in the past. My clients are ready to shift out of self-limiting behaviors, and create the internal resources needed for stress reduction and resilience. Together, we work on setting healthy boundaries, expanding emotional capacity, and taking actionable steps toward the future self you envision. Techniques include: Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapies, ACT, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness, and relationship approaches for marriage and parenting, I look forward to working with you.
