Jade Westbrook
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
My goal throughout sessions is to provide an empowering and safe space for individuals that will inspire growth and healing.
I am passionate about providing a welcoming and safe environment to empower clients to explore trauma and life experiences. If you are experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety, struggling with past trauma, feeling challenged by romantic relationships or friendships, having a hard time processing race-related stress or concerns being a first-generation college student or simply feel that you have been unable to prioritize self-care, develop coping skills, or set boundaries consider participating in individual counseling to help you refocus your life. My approach to therapy is a collaborative and integrative approach that is grounded in person-centered values that respect your cultural background, unique story and inner strengths. Whether you're navigating a major life transition or working through past trauma, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal and grow. My mission is to end stigma related to mental health treatment in the BIPOC community. I value meeting my clients where they are while providing compassion, empathy, and respect during journey to healing. If you are interested in working with me, please send me a message to schedule an appointment. I hope to connect with you soon.
