Jade Rice
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I am passionate about providing services to Young Adults, foster/adoptive families, LGBTQ+ individuals/families, and Military families.
Therapy does not have to be a "forever" experience and the timeline can be different for each individual. I believe it's important to identify clear goals so that we always know what we are working towards and when we have achieved what you hoped to achieve with therapy. I specialize in supporting people that have experienced trauma, specifically childhood abuse and sexual trauma. My primary modalities include TFCBT (certified provider), EMDR, CPT, Structural Family Therapy, and Solution Focused. Therapy can feel hard, exhausting emotionally, and require sacrifice. I believe that harnessing humor and creativity will provide the path to the ultimate goal of personal development and make the journey a bit easier to navigate together.
