Life can be complicated- especially in the world we now live in. I work primarily with women, women's health, anxiety, and women's issues.

Life can be complicated. These complications know no economic, age, sex, religious, or racial boundary. As a practitioner working with individuals to empower them is my passion and privilege. If you are currently working to navigate through a difficult time we can work together to set goals, realize and regain your strengths to develop a long-term plan for success. There are times when everyone needs to strengthen his or her coping skills, see the situation from another view, or simply say it aloud. There are also times when the work that needs to be done is very serious. And deep. And difficult. I am committed to hearing and working with you in a confidential, safe, nonjudgmental, person centered environment. I work with clients both young, old and in between. Each phase of life is equally important and presents its own set of stresses and complications. My role is to empower those facing a variety of struggles regardless of what age you are. You are taking the first brave step by seeking out counseling for yourself or your loved one. Contact me today to discuss working together to achieve your goals and improve your daily life. I have ample experience working in the medical field for 9+ years with individuals from all backgrounds and ages.
