I enjoy working with relational challenges (trained in Gottman Method), and a variety of mental health symptoms/disorders.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, especially those who thrive in conversations about relationship health. My approach is an eclectic mix of mindfulness, CBT, emotion-focused, narrative, and solution-focused therapy. I also offer brainspotting (a focused mindfulness technique utilized to process deep-rooted, physiologically activating emotions)
