Jacqueline Wells, LMHC, is a dedicated mental health professional who offers personalized and compassionate therapy to adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Florida. With more than ten years of experience in the field, she assists individuals navigating various behavioral and emotional challenges through individual therapy, group sessions, and intensive outpatient services (IOP). Jacqueline creates a therapeutic environment built on trust, hope, and respect, helping her clients manage complex experiences such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. Her clinical practice features a significant focus on treating trauma-related disorders and PTSD. She utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, to support her patients.
