I walk alongside others to help their inner light shine bright! I design rich and unique experiences to heal traumatic stress, get clear about who we are, and live within the body of Christ as the loved treasure we are. I build true community where people can live authentically in their brokenness. I myself needed holistic healing to treat complex PTSD - it was in the arms of Jesus, around fellow loving souls, in nature, through music and art, and being around horses led me to true inner healing. I now design and lead those very experiences for others! -Advanced trauma therapy utilizing faith and more to heal from within and finally experience inner freedom! PTSD is my most advanced specialty including high-risk behaviors and those experiencing the criminal justice system. -Healing with traumatized horses 6 week group therapy series. Ranch in North Scottsdale. -Outdoor healing adventures. Half-day and full day hiking in the fall and winter as well as kayaking adventures in the summer. -One-day Ignite Hope trauma healing retreats for women who are anxious, hopeless, and/or hurting - a full day of art, music, horses, and nature! -Tending the Warrior Spirit men's retreat.
