I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment by providing empathy, compassion, and a genuine approach in the treatment process. Since 2009, I have been treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational/intimacy issues. I integrate mindfulness meditation, CBT, healthy living practices and family systems techniques as a strategy to facilitate growth, healing, and balance. My goal is to assist you in reaching your goals, recognizing your strengths, and finding coping mechanisms that will foster your best self and the life you want to live.
