Jake provides a comfortable, confidential, and safe counseling environment to help you explore your most personal concerns and needs. He tailors each individual treatment based upon the goals you wish to achieve to ensure lasting changes in your life. Jake takes an open-minded approach to each client’s wellness, and he considers multiple aspects while meeting, such as personal goals, family traditions, faith and cultural beliefs. Jake graduated from the University of St. Thomas, MN, where he earned dual Bachelor of Art degrees in Philosophy and Catholic Studies. After moving to Chicago and working for Totally Yours Pilgrimages leading tours around the world, Jake moved back home to St. Paul to earn his Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University.
