I specialize in treating OCD, Intrusive and unwanted thoughts, anxiety, and mood regulation. I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy as my main approach.
Seeking and finding the right therapist for your needs can be a difficult process. I work with clients using a person centered approach, focusing on strengths and coping skills for various mental health challenges. I have experience working with all major mental health disorders including individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities. I use a range of modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, Acceptance commitment therapy and more. In my free time I enjoy watching NBA basketball , traveling, and currently practicing fluency in Spanish. I specialize in treating intrusive, unwanted and obsessive thoughts. Anxiety and OCD can take many forms, and attach themselves to a variety of themes. I aim to create a safe, comfortable space to explore and work to cope with these symptoms to help clients achieve what they want out of life. In addition to Telehealth sessions, I am Now available in office Office Thursday’s 3pm-9pm!
