Hi, I’m a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse and family nurse practitioner. I’ve spent over a decade helping people find their way to better mental health. My experience spans academic, inpatient, and outpatient settings, and I’ve worked closely with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD, and I believe that true healing begins by understanding your unique story and life experiences. My approach is all about caring for the whole person—combining talk therapy and medication management to find the best path forward for you.
