Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor (LMAC), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Work (LSCSW)
Compassionate therapy for adults facing grief, anxiety, depression, or trauma. Evidence-based, supportive care in a warm, collaborative space.
There’s no roadmap for being human, but therapy can help you find your way. Many of my clients are people who’ve spent a long time holding it together for everyone else until the weight of addiction, depression, or anxiety made that feel impossible. They’ve often tried to manage on their own, but now they’re ready for something different. They’re looking for a place to feel seen and supported, and a path that leads back to peace, purpose, and healing. I have over 17 years of experience helping clients aged 16+ to work through depression, anxiety, addictions, and other challenges using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. If faith is important to you, I’m able to integrate a faith-based perspective in a way that feels natural and respectful to your beliefs. I offer honest feedback, gentle guidance, and space to move at your own pace. My approach is compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth. Therapy with me isn’t about pressure. It’s about creating a space where meaningful change can happen. If you’re ready for something to shift, I’m here to help you take that next step.
