Life is hard & we all need a safe space to not feel judge, to feel free and most importantly to heal. I am here to provide the support

My background is in community mental health and crisis intervention working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood and personality disorders. I am a racially just, LGBTQIA affirming therapist. I believe that therapy is a tool to not just help cope with symptoms and teach coping skills, but to empower by addressing and identifying trauma, triggers, stressors, and thoughts. Each individual experience is unique so sessions are tailored to acknowledge and incorporate your background and belief system. I serve clients by providing a safe place for clients to authentically express and be themselves. I believe that each individual deserves to have a space to be heard, supported and most importantly validated. I encourage clients to be the master of their own narrative by teaching coping skills, recognizing the effects of behaviors and putting in perspective the relationship between who the client is and who they want to be.
