My goal is to create a safe, empowering environment, and to develop a strong, therapeutic relationship that supports healing and wholeness.

The choice to reach out for help is often a difficult choice to make. But, when our life's journey presents us with obstacles, it can be difficult to face this journey alone. I have experience with, and enjoy being a genuine source of support for teens and young adults. My clients are individuals in need of clinical or emotional support, who need assistance with identifying and working through life's stressors. My clients are also individuals who may not need clinical support, but want to learn skills and strategies, which promote their well-being and assist in maximizing their personal and professional potential. I use an integrated approach to therapy and our sessions may include techniques from a variety of counseling approaches, including (but not limited to) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. As a therapist, I have been told that my clinical strengths are compassion, advocacy, and genuineness. You and l will work together to develop attainable treatment goals, during sessions that are tailored and structured based on your individual wants and needs. I look forward to meeting you and working together in the future.
