My name is Iliamari. I'm a trauma therapist with expertise in family issues, depression, anxiety, stress, perinatal/postpartum journeys, and I work with first responder and their families. My focus is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space. You want to be heard and validated for your emotions and feelings. I also use CBT, talk therapy, solution focused and motivational interviewing. I also provide EMDR Therapy for trauma and PTSD related symptoms. I provide a safe space for you to discuss anything you want to work on or process.
