Iliamari is an EMDR trained, Run/Walk/Talk certified, IFS informed, trauma therapist with expertise in; maternal mental health, family issues, boundaries work, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, and intergenerational cycles and trauma. The last 15 years, she has worked in a variety of settings with diverse communities. Her experience allows you to feel heard and validated in order to make healthy improvements. It’s about progress over perfection. We are human with complex emotions and needs. Each session works towards the overall goal, however it may look different session to session. Her focus is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you with a holistic approach. Again, meeting you where you are at in that space and time. All clinicians at With An Open Heart provide the same holistic and safe approach.
Practice hours (MDT)
Accepts new patients after hospitalization for
