I am Ignacio Bidegain, and I help you understand how your past impacts your life today by showing you the way your thoughts, emotions and behaviors developed from early on. As you gain insight about the "why," we will work towards developing new and authentic ways of thinking and acting that will allow you to start experiencing life with joy and energy. I was born and raised in Argentina and came to the US with a tennis scholarship. I got my Bachelor in Sciences of Psychology from Anderson University (SC), and my Masters of Education in Clinical Counseling and Development from Winthrop University (SC). I am a Bilingual (English and Spanish) LCMHCA NCC based in the state of North Carolina. My goal is to provide high-quality mental health services so that individuals can become their best, richest, most fulfilled selves.
