Compassionate psychiatric care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, & burnout. Same-week telehealth appointments available.

Welcome! I'm Iesha Iwobi, PA-C, founder of Mindfully Fit Wellness & Psychiatry Services. I believe mental health is a practice--one that can be strengthened with the right support, evidence-based treatment, and a personalized plan. I provide compassionate telepsychiatric care for adults, adolescents, and children (ages 8+) experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, burnout, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My approach combines thoughtful medication management with education and practical strategies so you feel informed, empowered, and involved in every treatment decision. Whether you are struggling to focus, feeling overwhelmed, navigating work-related stress, or searching for the right medication, my goal is to create a judgment-free environment where you feel heard and respected. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all-- I take the time to understand your unique story and tailor care to your goals. I am passionate about helping high-achieving professionals, college students, busy parents, and individuals who have spent years feeling misunderstood or dismissed. Together, we'll work toward meaningful, lasting improvement-- not simply managing symptoms, but helping you reclaim your quality of life. I offer convenient telehealth appointments with same-week availability whenever possible and am currently accepting new patients. I look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey.
