I will engage your strengths to help you solve issues, enjoy relationships, & build a balanced, positive life.

Personally and professionally, I specialize in reading the room. I’m a psychologist who works with LGBTQ folks, nonmonogamous people, and people navigating life across diverse cultural worlds. My practice is built on deep experience, rigorous training, and a respect for the many rhythms that shape identity, desire, and connection. My style is organic and integrative. I sample from multiple therapeutic traditions, layer them intentionally, and remix in real time based on what’s happening between us. The vibe is collaborative and egalitarian. No guru energy; we co-create the set together. My work is informed by feminist and queer theory, which means we pay attention to power, context, and the stories society hands us, then decide which ones are worth keeping and which ones deserve a hard cut. Sessions can be reflective, challenging, grounding, and occasionally surprising, with space for humor, honesty, and complexity. Whether you’re untangling old patterns, exploring new ways of relating, or just trying to feel more at home in yourself, I aim to create a space where you can drop the mask, find your groove, and move toward something that feels more true.
