Holly Rogers

I am a psychiatrist, practicing in Durham, NC. For over 23 years I worked at Duke's CAPS, where I developed expertise working with college and graduate students who were dealing with all the challenges typical of this stage of life. In addition, I am a co-founder of The Center for Koru Mindfulness, an agency that develops and delivers mindfulness training for young adults. In my psychiatry practice, I treat adults of all ages for a wide range of mental health concerns, including normal developmental challenges of young adulthood. My goal is to help all of my clients find optimal wellness so that they live with health, purpose, and meaning. At present, I am only taking new clients for medication assessment and treatment.
