Holly Heuer

Holly Heuer is a Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on helping adolescents, adults, and seniors throughout Wisconsin manage life’s complexities through individual, couples, and family therapy. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, she supports individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also providing guidance for those navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Holly is particularly dedicated to assisting clients through trauma and PTSD, gender identity exploration, and couples' issues. Her trauma-informed clinical work integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. Furthermore, she provides tailored interventions for the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum to address their specific needs. Using couples and family therapy techniques, Holly helps clients improve communication, resolve conflict, and build stronger relationships based on empathy and respect. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys listening to music, collecting vinyl records, visiting art museums, and spending time with her family and friends.
