It is my aim, through counseling to help you heal and mend. Whether you are struggling with social anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or trauma you deserve growth, education, and recovery. I am a firm believer that recovery takes a special kind of person willing to do the difficult work to get to a fulfilling life. Therapy is meant to be validating, affirming and challenging. I have holistic approach in healing all aspects of your life in order to reach all areas of function. I am well experienced and trained in EMDR, for those of you wanting to work through traumatic life events, and fully recovery. I desire to meet you where you're at, in whatever stage of change you might be. I desire to help you find comfort and peace. I am a REDs informed provider through Rebecca McConville MS, RD, LD, CSSD, CEDRD-S, and meet with Riley Nickols PhD, CEDS Aetna (Superbills provided for out of network benefits)
