20 years in practice

I believe we are all perfectly imperfect, and promise to create a nonjudgmental, comfortable experience that makes it easy to open up and share.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 20+ years experience in mental health. I am available online through telehealth, accept most insurances, have affordable self-pay rates, and provide walk-and-talk therapy. I can help those who struggle with: life transitions, anxiety, depression, a toxic relationship, the empath/narcissist dynamic and recovering from the aftermath, living with chronic illness, codependency, and grief. I believe it takes a lot of courage for a person to be able to use the discomfort of life’s challenges to grow and make the changes that allow for contentment and peace in their life. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, brief solution focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
