Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels human: where insight, meaning-making, and even humor are part of the work.
I’m a person-centered, strength-based therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals of all ages and their families through life’s transitions and complexities. I now focus on working with adults of all gender identities, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (including highly sensitive people), grief and loss, identity exploration, infertility, and perinatal mental health. I value authenticity, humor, and compassion in and out of the therapy space. My approach is collaborative, conversational, and rooted in curiosity. I believe you’re the expert on your life, and my role is to help you feel empowered, understood, and more at home in yourself. I draw from Strength-Based, Humanistic, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches - blending insight, curiosity, and practical tools. Together, we might notice patterns, run small experiments, and make meaning from the data of your lived experience. I welcome spiritual or existential exploration if/when it aligns with your needs
