Thanks for your interest in therapy. For many, it is a courage first step to bettering your mood and your relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative and attachment based. I believe that how we are and who we are depend largely on how we experience life. I have extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals, couples and families. In therapy, we will identify your attachment style which would influence how to view yourself and others, your secondary and primary emotions, your attachment longings and fears, and what blocks you to be authentic with yourself and with others.
