Together we can create a therapy process that supports you holistically, helping you build the life and connections you truly want.

I specialize in a relational psychodynamic framework, valuing connection and the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the healing process. My approach blends serious therapeutic work with warmth and humor. With a special focus on neurodivergent individuals, my practice is also shaped by a strong commitment to cultural humility and responsive care. I work with clients facing depression or anxiety rooted in relationship challenges and family of origin difficulties. In our sessions, we explore unconscious patterns and bring hidden emotional dynamics to light. Many clients often experience an initial change early in therapy, followed by deeper, lasting improvements as we continue to process and create understanding around these core tensions.
