As a social worker, my practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to social justice, anti-racism, and cultural humility.

Hi there! I am Heidi and I’m grateful to have you here. I’m passionate about working with 2S-LGBTQIA+ folks. I work with individuals, couples, & families. I also have a love for working with children, seeing clients as young as 4 years old. As a social worker, my practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to social justice, anti-racism, and cultural humility. If you have experienced big life changes, are wanting affirming and inclusive care, or are seeking to work through life's challenges, you are not alone. I will prioritize creating an inclusive, relaxed, and casual environment for you to feel worthy and seen. I promise to continually work to create a space that honors our shared humanity, intersectional identities, and wherever you are in your journey. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks and seek to be flexible, creative, and collaborative in our shared work. I am person-centered and will view you within the holistic lens of your life and systems. I like to keep our time together whimsical and open-minded, but I often touch on a variety of approaches until we are able to collaboratively decide what feels most aligned with your needs and desires.
