I have been working with individuals in treatment for over a decade and am attachment focused in my approach. I believe most of our challenges as human beings are related to what happens within us, as individuals, and between us, in relationship to family of origin, friends, and romantic partners. As such, I attempt to help people understand their past and allow that to inform the process of change needed in order to experience the present and future in a more emotionally. physically and psychologically integrated way.
