I believe that people learn to adapt to the challenges they face throughout their lives. Sometimes these adaptations become their own challenges.
I believe that people learn to adapt to the challenges they face throughout their lives. Sometimes these adaptations can become their own challenges, become rigid, or lose their effectiveness in new settings. At some point, we may need to examine those adaptations and challenges, determine how and where they fit, and potentially introduce new skills and perspectives. I have been trained in a variety of therapies, and I will use all of these skills and tailor them to your individual needs.
