I use empathy and a warm approach to create the space for you to share. I would love to set up a free consultation to see if we are the right fit.

My therapy practice is grounded in the belief that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling life. As a licensed therapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, gain insight into their challenges, and develop effective coping skills. I use evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, to help clients overcome their mental health issues. My goal is to empower clients to tap into their inner strengths and resources and to help them achieve their personal and relational goals.
