Step into a journey of self-discovery, meaningful connection, and the empowered life waiting for you.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in child welfare, community mental health, rehabilitation with incarcerated individuals, and medical collaborative care. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling specializing in trauma, abuse, and deprivation. I take a trauma informed approach to therapy while combining evidence-based methods to support deeper healing. I use EMDR to help clients process unresolved pain and emotional distress, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address unhelpful thought patterns, and psychodynamic therapy to explore how past experiences influence present behaviors. By blending these approaches, I help clients create meaningful, lasting change. Whatever your story or current challenge may be, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach that supports healing, growth, and empowerment.
