I partner with people who are interested in optimizing their mental health. You deserve a provider who will take the time to get to know you!

Depression, anxiety, irritability, mood swings, or general feelings of being overwhelmed, can lead to physical and emotional symptoms. These struggles affect self-confidence, relationships, and overall well-being. I can help you better understand, not only why this happens, but what you can do to safely and effectively find your path to wellness with evidence-based medication management that is tailored to your unique needs. Conditions I treat include depression, generalized anxiety, bipolar, OCD, social anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I do not prescribe controlled substances. I offer longer appointments and comprehensive assessments so that we can take the time to create the best plan for you, including brief therapy interventions at every appointment.
