Hello! I’m so glad you are reaching out for mental health services; you’ve already taken the first step—so courageous!

Hey there! I'm looking forward to meeting with you. I've been practicing for over 24 years...yikes, I'm getting old. I've practiced in a range of treatment settings from in-home family therapy to my current private practice. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective and like to work collaboratively with people to set goals, as I believe you have the key! I'm here to help you unlock all the different pieces to your puzzle and provide an objective point of view. I typically work with ages 11-65+. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities.
