We are intentional in hiring a team diverse in identity, experience, and training to genuinely reflect the populations we serve.

Grounded in the belief that relationships are the foundation of meaningful change, Helpful provides inclusive virtual therapy services to all ASU students - undergrad & graduate. Research shows that finding a therapist who is a good fit is essential for therapy to be successful. We have a diverse team of therapists so you can determine what type of therapist is the best fit for you, ensuring you feel heard, seen, and valued from the very beginning. Additionally we offer a 15 minute consult at no charge so you can meet and chat with your therapist prior to committing. At Helpful, our therapists are trauma-informed and relationship-driven, blending evidence-based modalities with a strengths-based, affirming stance. We support students and their families navigating specific challenges like anxiety, ADHD, or depression and also broader life experiences like identity exploration, grief, stress around the state of the world, and more. We tailor our work to the unique identities and goals of each client. We understand that reaching out for therapy is a courageous step. At Helpful, you're an active collaborator in your healing. We hope to meet you and support you in feeling better!
