I meet all clients where they are in their journey using a warm, non-judgmental approach and empowering them to find their own voice.

I help people examine where they may be feeling stuck and collaboratively work to remove obstacles in their path. As a clinical psychologist and sport psychologist, we can work together on concerns you may have related to sport, but we are not only limited to this. My approach to therapy emphasizes a collaborative, trusting, and supportive environment. I focus on individual strengths, areas for growth, and symptom reduction to foster your ability to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we can explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how these connections are affecting you. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds into my practice. I draw from several treatments that are strongly supported by scientific evidence. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. Depending on your needs and area of focus, I also incorporate mental skills training to target sport and performance enhancement.
