You don't have to tackle your eating disorder alone. I'm here to help. Let's do this together.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. You've made the courageous choice to seek professional help. I understand finding the right therapist can be tough, and this may be your first big step towards change. If you are wanting more calm and centeredness within yourself and more stability and connectedness in your relationships, we might be a good fit. I value collaboration, trust and safety above all else. I like to see us as a team where your sense of choice and voice are essential to the process. Together, we will work to forge a new path towards healing. I have nearly a decade of experience supporting folks in their eating disorder recovery. So I know this journey both professionally and personally. Within the realm of eating disorder, I have a unique focus on attachment and complex trauma. My approach is interpersonal, attachment based, trauma informed care. That's fancy language for — relationships are really important to me! And I'm interested in both yours and ours. If you think we may work well together, I'd love to talk more. Shoot me an email or give me a call. From there, we can talk more about your specific therapy needs and how we can move forward. I look forward to hearin
