We all heal in different ways, and I value the importance of meeting a client where they are at in their healing journey, remaining patient every step of the way. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to heal in a safe space, alongside someone who can guide and teach them along their journey. I am a LLMSW therapist and my primary specialists include anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. As a therapist I am dedicated to creating a safe environment for all of my clients, ensuring a consistent, non-judgmental environment is maintained. I aspire to work collaboratively with each individual as they work towards their current goals.
