Haydn Hornstein-Platt
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Your emotional wellbeing is our priority. We will work together to not just get you unstuck, but help you thrive and flourish.
I specialize in working with chronic conditions, mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m also experienced in working with folks who are struggling with trauma, grief, relationships and more. As your therapist, it’s my role to support you in meeting your goals and sometimes even to develop a deeper understanding of why those goals are your focus. I will work with you to co-create the therapeutic space that serves you best. I lead with compassion, humor, and collaboration and I will challenge you at times when growth is within reach. I'll meet you wherever you are and we can keep moving from there to wherever is your destination. In my therapy style, I utilize relational, intersectional-feminist, and psychodynamic theories while incorporating mindfulness, CBT, and DBT models to root our work in evidence-based practice and tailor it to your needs and preferences.
