I offer therapy in-person and online via telehealth Monday-Thursday. I work to show each client that they are in control of their healing journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who offers individual therapy to adolescents, adults, seniors with a primary focus on trauma, as well as addiction, neurodivergence, life transitions, LGBTQ+ and gender identity issues, and other life stressors. My work in community mental health and private practice has provided me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and presenting issues. I am excited to bring those skills into my practice! I describe myself as an integrative counselor who embraces feminist, person-centered, motivational interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic therapy depending on the client’s needs. These theories speak to me as I believe empowerment plays a large role in creating an environment that is safe and encouraging. I believe that real change comes from a trusting therapeutic relationship built in a non-judgmental environment. I work to show each client that THEY are in control of their healing journey.
