If you are looking for someone to work with you in an emotion-focused, body-based, and/or trauma-oriented way, then you've come to the right place! In my talk-therapy, I rely heavily on my training in emotions, relationships/attachments, expressive arts, play therapy, and energy healing techniques. I appreciate working with clients that would like to be holistic and imaginative in their approach to healing and growth. I have a holistic, creative approach to counseling, focusing not just on talk-therapy, but mind-body connection and networks of supports and relationships. I have worked in non-profit and community counseling, with an education background in clinical mental health, peace studies, and art. I hope to create a warm and welcoming environment to all clients, where we can join together in your goals and journey during this part of your life!
