Hello! My name is Hannah Daulton Boyarsky and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Durham, NC. I enjoy working with individual clients who may be high achieving, but on the inside, struggle to feel empowered by their decisions, relationships, and plans for the future. I provide a safe and empowering space for you to access coping skills in a unique way to you while offering support in clarifying your own needs, developing boundaries, accessing tools for success, and promoting healing. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and can offer support for college students and young adults who are striving to better themselves and their futures. In my practice, I create a unique therapeutic experience that is tailored to the goals of the client. I am trained in EMDR and mostly practice from an ACT, EMDR, and CBT theoretical orientation.
