I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy and mental performance coaching, helping you build skills and confidence for regulation.

In our work together, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that may be holding you back. I aim to help you develop practical coping strategies, healthy thought patterns, and sustainable mental wellness practices. My goal is to empower you with a personalized mental health toolkit - one that fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the ability to manage challenges with confidence. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on identifying your existing skills, developing new coping strategies, and fostering long-term resilience. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and my role is to support and guide you in reclaiming confidence and self-compassion, beyond societal expectations and external validation. I find joy in working with athletes, as it is one of my trained specialties. I have experience working with a wide range of sport related issues that allow me to provide empathy and compassion to the uniqueness of athlete mental health.
