We can never have too much support and I'm honored each time a client chooses me to be a part of their "village". My therapeutic style varies depending on each client's individual needs, but generally I work through a holistic lens. I place high importance on daily habits in thinking and behavior, the company we keep, and personal histories. My approach encourages self-empowerment, symptom reduction, improved interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, overall wellness and general life satisfaction. I pride myself on being direct, yet gentle; and authentic and warm, yet professional in my therapeutic relationships.
