I welcome all clients from all backgrounds and aim to make the therapeutic space a safe and affirming place to work collaboratively.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I value creating a therapeutic space in which individuals of all identities can feel safe to explore their thoughts/emotions and address challenging aspects of their life in which they may need support navigating. As a lesbian identifying clinician, I have a passion for working with folks from the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have an interest in working with those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family/relationship issues, life transitions/stress, and self-esteem concerns. I utilize various techniques and modalities in sessions to ensure that you are getting a person-centered approach. I use evidence-based approaches such as ACT, DBT, CBT and IFS, while incorporating a trauma-informed, feminist and multicultural lens. I am also a CCTP (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional). I believe that each person is the expert in their own life and I strive to provide therapy that is both unique and affirming. Building a strong therapeutic relationship with trust, authenticity and collaboration is crucial to my process. Please feel free to reach out and I hope to hear from you!
